Each BDPL Group companies operate independently under the guidance and supervision of Board of Directors. Companies include Boudh Distillery Private Limited (ENA, CO2, DDGS), Baldeo Sahu Infra Private Limited (Fly Ash Bricks) Kwality Bottlers Private Limited (IMFL Bottlling) and Kishore Prasad Bijay Prasad Beverages Private Limited (Sales & Marketing of IMFL brands).

As the first distillery of Odisha, we have a genuine commitment to sustainability and conservation. By continuously improving and keeping focus on how we can be more sustainable we have made our distillery one of the most energy-efficient and zero waste plant in the state. Developing high quality GENA (Grain Extra Neutral Alcohol), zero liquid discharge, CO2 vent line, use of ash to produce fly ash bricks, converting waste to DDGS (Dried Distillers Grains with Soluble) are some of our enterprises towards resource efficiency.
